Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for ClientJam.
1. Subscriptions
ClientJam offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in advance on a recurring basis.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment. To request a refund, contact support@clientjam.app within 7 days of your charge with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by law or we determine otherwise at our sole discretion.
The 7-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. It does not apply to renewal charges, plan upgrades, or accounts that have previously received a refund.
3. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize ClientJam and its payment processors to charge your payment method for renewal fees and applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@clientjam.app.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
5. Trials
If ClientJam offers a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged, unless the trial terms say otherwise.
6. Usage-Based Charges
If ClientJam offers usage-based credits, scans, reports, exports, AI generations, or similar metered features, those charges may be non-refundable once used.
7. Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, billing changes may apply immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the terms displayed at checkout.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, downgrade your account, or cancel your subscription.
